CANCELLATION POLICY
In the unfortunate event that you will not be able to join us, please review the cancellation policy below
Reservations cancelled 15 days or prior to the check-in date will incur a 10% cancellation fee on the total stay charges (Total Package). If cancelled within 8 to 14 days prior to chek in date 25% cancellation fee will be applicable on the total stay charges (Total Package).
No refunds will be entertained for any cancellations within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date
For special occasions such as Diwali, Christmas, New Years etc. reservations cancelled 2 months prior will incur 25% cancellation charges on total package cost.
All valid refund requests will be processed via cheques
*In case of group bookings where a few members of the group cancel, the above terms and conditions will apply which means complete payment will have to be made for the entire group including those who have cancelled.
